Antrim Castle

Antrim Castle was built in the late 12th or early 13th century by the de Courcy family, early Norman settlers in Ireland. It is historically significant as one of the earliest Norman castles in Ulster and as a symbol of Anglo-Norman expansion into northern Ireland.
