An Chlochbhuaile is a forgotten earthen ringfort on a Donegal ridge, reduced to vaguest traces inside wet pasture. It may have housed people, excluded cattle, or simply marked the boundary between the visible world and the fairy fort hidden beneath the soil. The land has erased most of the answer, leaving only a ridge, memory and the possibility that the fort still exists where sight fails.

Internal diam. c. 12m. Only the vaguest traces of this locally known earthen enclosure survives. No features could be discerned. It is situated on a SW-NE ridge surrounded by wet pasture.
