Corner-sited terraced one-bay two-storey over basement house, built 1777, as part of scheme of almshouses, presenting one bay to square, rest of house occupying corner between neighbouring houses. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, terracotta chimney pots and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered coursed limestone walls. Square-headed window opening to first floor with replacement timber window, and having rear brick block-and-start surround and limestone sill. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled door, spoked fanlight, red brick block-and-start surround and limestone step over area. Area to front shared with neighbouring house to east.

Kingston College was built by the Earl of Kingston for the "poor Gentlemen and Gentlewomen members of the Church of Ireland," with tenants of the estate having priority. This house is situated in a corner of the square and unusually only presents one bay to the main elevation. The retention of the timber panelled door and fanlight enhances the historic character of this building.
