Aharla

In pastureland on a slight rise sloping to the S and SW. Named 'Aharla' on the 1938 edition of the OS 6-inch map and 'Aharla Site of' on the 1898-9 revision. Robinson (1980) suggested that it might have been the site of an early burial place. No headstones or grave-markers are visible and there are no visible surface traces of any enclosing element.
