Terraced two-bay single-storey former estate worker’s house with half-dormer attic and shared lean-to projecting entrance canopy, built c. 1890, as part of a terrace of nineteen. Now in use as private house. Pitched artificial slate roof with gabled half-dormer, timber bargeboards, rendered chimneystack, clay ridge tiles, remains of iron ridge comb and cast-iron gutter. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Painted concrete sills and chamfered reveals to steel-framed eight-over-twelve pane pivoting windows.
