Semi-detached two-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1870, having gabled end-bay and porch with chamfered corners to front (east) elevation. Timber portico and gabled end bays with crenellated full-height bay windows to south elevation. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC bargeboards. Pitched slate roof to porch, front elevation, having timber bargeboards. Rendered walls with render plinth course and moulded string courses to bay windows. Oculi to gabled end bay, front elevation and south gable having timber casement windows. Square-headed openings having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and painted stone sills. Square-headed openings to attic having timber casement windows. Square-headed opening to porch east elevation with Y-tracery stained glass windows. Ogee-headed opening to porch having chamfered surround and half-glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed openings to south elevation having half-glazed timber panelled doors. Flight of rendered steps to entrances. Pair of rendered octagonal piers with crenellated caps to south. Crenellated boundary walls to south-west.

One of a pair, this house is a notable example of late Victorian architecture. The irregular roofline, ornate timber bargeboards and use of gables and gablets are characteristic features of the Tudor Revival style. It is distinguished by the oculus, Diocletian-style windows and ogee-headed door opening , which are unusual features in an otherwise typical Victorian building.
