Detached three-bay two-storey former Methodist manse, built c.1865, with return to rear. Now in use as a dental surgery and is set back from the road. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Decorative cast-iron brackets to rainwater goods. Pebbledashed walls with rendered plinth. Timber margined sash windows with stone sills. Timber panelled door with fanlight and stucco surround. Stone outbuilding to rear site. Pebbledashed outbuilding to east. Cast-iron railings to front on stone plinth with sandstone coping. Link corridor extension to west connects former manse to Methodist church.

The retention of much of its original fabric make this a notable structure. Of importance are the rosette-detailed cast-iron brackets to the rainwater goods and the timber sash windows with margin lights. Such elements are of architectural and technical significance.
