Wedge tomb in Ceapaigh Na Creiche stands in County Mayo as a megolithic chamber where ancient hands stacked stone to hold death steady against the sky. The place belongs to the long forgotten era when wedge tombs marked the edge of living memory. Its name suggests a connection to seizure or loss, hinting that the land itself remembered what people chose to forget.
