Water mill

Unlocated horizontal watermill within townland it was discovered in 1952 when the understructure of a horizontal mill under the bog at Morett. The remains consisted of the wheelhouse itself, a large trough to conduct the water to the wheel house and the dam. It was constructed entirely of oak, and in an exceptional state of preservation.
