URN BURIALS (O.S. memoir site, unlocated) in Knocknakeeragh

Knocknakeeragh held urn burials from the Bronze Age, yet no exact marker remains visible today. The land may have swallowed the jars, buried them under grass, or hidden them beneath ordinary soil. What is certain is that people died there, were prepared with care, and were set into the earth before maps existed. The missing point does not erase the act of burial; it returns the dead to the wider landscape instead of fixing them to a line on paper.
