What is recorded here
Terraced three-bay three-storey commercial building, built c. 1930, with retail outlet to ground floor. Rendered walls with render parapet and moulded render eaves course. Moulded render architraves and aprons to upper floor openings. Timber casement windows to upper floors. Tile cladding and shopfront to ground floor, c. 1985.
The scale and form of this mid twentieth-century building make a notable contribution to the streetscape. Though now altered to the ground floor, the upper levels of the building retain many interesting features and materials, such as the moulded render detail which articulates the façade and the timber casement windows.
