What is recorded here
Eleven early medieval grave slabs still stand at Tully graveyard, including one tapering stone carved with concentric circles and herringbone bands. The geometry is deliberate, but the meaning has faded into the kind of silence that makes you lean closer and ask who was buried there and why they needed a marker so unusual. Suburban growth has closed around the place, yet the stones remain clear enough to read when the light comes low.
Tully Graveyard is a graveyard in County Dublin, Ireland.
