Tower stood at the angle of two estate walls east of Bingham Castle house, one of five decorative towers built in the late 1800s or early 1900s. It was a folly, shaped to embellish rather than defend, and it disappeared when the walls were demolished in the early 20th century. Nothing visible remains, but the angle itself still marks the place where the estate tried to make its boundary look like a story.

Located at the angle of two estate walls to E of Bingham Castle house (MA024-002001-). Built in the late 1800’s/early 1900’s, this tower is one of five towers (MA024-002002-; MA024-002003-; MA024-003----; MA024-004----) which embellished the estate walls.
