What is recorded here

Tobereevul, County Clare, Ireland, is a holy well and ritual site. It belongs to the old human habit of marking water that refreshes, heals or warns. People may have knelt at its edge, drank when thirsty or left offerings before leaving. The site still stands as a small sacred point where human life touched the landscape.
