Toberanballagh in Borris is traditionally associated with Saint Kevin and is believed to have healing properties, particularly for ailments of the eyes. The well's name, derived from the Irish "Tobar na bPáilígh," suggests a connection to "little huts" or shelters, possibly indicating a site of pilgrimage or seasonal devotion.
