Timothy V. Murphy

Timothy Vincent Murphy was born in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland, on 5 April 1960, one of six children in a house crowded enough to demand patience and imagination. He left that small coastal world for Dublin stages, Cork lecture halls, Bronx roofs and Florida bars before becoming the villain American televisions could not stop remembering. Tralee did not need to understand sons of anarchy or KFC ads; it only needed to give him the marrow of a life large enough to carry them.
