Detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1810, with attached range of outbuildings to north. Currently unoccupied. Roughcast rendered rubble stone walls. Timber door and timber casement windows. Rendered chimney stack to gable. M-profile tarred roof. Two extensions to north with garage doors, corrugated metal roofs.

This group of buildings of humble proportions is a fine example of the expansion of a vernacular group, the phases evident in the various construction and roofing materials. It provides a strong local historical element in this rapidly developing area.
