Pair of former houses, built c. 1740, incorporated in hospital extension, c. 1950. Façade, roof, and some openings altered. Rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows. Venetian window to south elevation. Retaining interior features.

Though the external appearance of this pair of eighteenth-century former houses is now altered and incorporated into a mid twentieth-century hospital extension, this former pair retains original interior features, including lugged door surrounds, plaster work, wall panelling and a timber staircase.
