Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1835, with dormer attic. Now in use as workshop. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and gable-fronted dormer windows. Roughcast rendered walls, with shopfront to ground floor, c. 1985. Timber sash windows to upper floors.
The scale and form of this building make a notable and positive addition to the streetscape. Though now altered to the ground floor, this building is enhanced by the retention of interesting features and materials, such the timber sash windows and slate roof.
