This blue commemorative plaque records: The Old Council Chamber. Originally the site of "The Coach And Horses" Inn. The present building, dating from 1871 and designed by K.W.Ladd, was used by the former Borough Council until 1974. Recorded plaque organisation: Haverfordwest Civic Society, Haverfordwest Town Council.
The Coach And Horses was an inn that once stood on this site before being replaced in 1871 by a council chamber designed by K.W.Ladd, serving Haverfordwest Borough Council until 1974.
