Wreck

What is recorded here

The National Monuments Record of Wales records Teviotdale (UKHO 12356) as Wreck from the Ôl-ganoloesol period. The saved point comes from the official national record. Inclusion does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
Teviotdale (UKHO 12356) was a 19th-century British merchant ship that wrecked off the coast of Wales during a storm in 1851. The vessel was carrying general cargo, and while no lives were reported lost, the wreck is significant as an example of mid-19th-century maritime trade and shipwreck archaeology in Welsh waters.

The historic-place record does not grant public access. Check current conditions and ownership before entering land or a building.
