Castle Street in Tayport held a United Presbyterian Church built during the nineteenth century. The building stood beside the living town rather than behind a fence, inviting ordinary people into worship and community. Whether it still stands or vanished without trace, it shaped the spiritual life of Fife at a time when churches anchored neighbourhood identity.
