Sweat Ho.

Located at the S edge of a W-E ravine and stream. It is marked only on the 1835 edition of the OS 6-inch map c. 50m from houses to the W and N. No feature is visible at ground level. Linked to Saint Dergvone, a lesser-known early Irish saint associated with healing and water cures, the site may have been used for ritual washing or prayer for ailments such as skin conditions or fevers. Though no physical structure remains, the name "Sweat Ho" suggests a tradition involving perspiration or purification rites, possibly connected to saintly intercession.
