Structure

A single piece of broken ash brushwood (L 0.21m; diam. 0.043m). One end had been worked into a chisel point. The tool used had left a signature on the wood. This brushwood lies within 2m of SMR OF006-084---- and is probably a displaced piece of wood associated with construction of that site. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1992. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
