Structure

Three pieces of dispersed heavy brushwood, (Wth 0.56m; D 0.17m) which may be non-archaeological, in a drain face. Two of the pieces are located side by side with the third piece located 0.15m lower and 0.28m to the SW. This material is within moderately humified Sphagnum peat and Eriophorum. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1998. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
