Structure

An isolated piece of brushwood (L 0.34m min.; diam. 0.05m), which has been thrown up against the drain face by Bord na Móna machinery. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1998. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
