What is recorded here
A single hazel roundwood (L 1m; diam. 0.095m) that lay on the surface of the field. One end had been worked into a wedge point the other was damaged as a result of milling. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
