What is recorded here

A loose and irregular deposit (L 0.83m min.; Wth 0.42m min.; D 0.17m) of light brushwood and twigs on the field surface. The site is situated in poorly humified Sphagnum peat. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
