What is recorded here

Terraced six-bay two-storey former warehouse, built c. 1870, now in use as office accommodation. Pitched slate and profiled metal sheet roof with roughcast rendered walls. Segmental-arched and round-headed openings with render surrounds, some timber sash windows and some replacement windows. Partly blocked former integral carriage arch to ground floor.
Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, this building remains an interesting addition to the streetscape. This former warehouse is a physical reminder of the industrial heritage of this part of the city. The round-headed and segmental-arched openings are notable architectural features of the building.
