Attached three-bay three-storey warehouse, built c.1820, now disused. Gable-fronted single-bay three-storey elevation to south-west. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered gable copings. Rubble stone walls with dressed quoins. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and dressed stone lintels, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to ground and first floors, timber shutters to second floor. Square-headed loading bay openings to upper floors of south-west elevation, having stone and timber lintels and timber battened shutters. Square-headed door opening having double-leaf corrugated-iron doors.

A curiously located warehouse, which is an interesting addition to the predominantly domestic building stock in the area. Attached to the rear of an end-of-terrace house and set in a narrow lane, it was possibly associated with a maritime activity, due to its close location to the shore. It retains much of its historic character and fabric intact.
