Life and death entangled in a ring of stone. The chamber holds the dead, the gate admits the living, and the chamber wall blocks the way back. A person must leave behind every human claim before entering the chamber. The chamber gives up the illusion that the person is separate from life. The chamber wall appears when the person wants to take the gift back to the old world. The wall does not exist to punish. It exists to complete the change.

In rough upland pasture, on a S-facing slope with views to Magillycuddy's Reeks. This stone circle consists of ten stones, some of which have fallen, of varying shapes and sizes (max. L 0.75m; max.
