What is recorded here

Two stones stand in level Kerry pasture, one upright and one fallen, aligned ENE-WSW beside a stream. They may have marked a boundary, a burial or a moment when people still watched the horizon. The fallen stone does not weaken the place; it completes it, showing that even stone can be knocked over and still belong to the same old conversation.

In level pasture, on the NW bank of a stream. Two stones, one prostrate (dims. 1.3m x 0.75m; T 0.25m) and the other upright (L 0.93m; T 0.55m; H 1.32m) are c. 0.7m apart. The overall alignment of the stones, if both were upright, would be ENE-WSW. An anomalous stone group (KE101-024010-) lies c. 8m to the SW.
