Indicated

In pasture, on a W-facing slope, overlooking the valley of the Drombohilly River. A slightly raised oval area (36.5m E-W; 27.5m N-S) defined by an eroded grass-covered bank with an external fosse. Intermittent sections of the bank (Wth 1.7m; int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.9m) are evident WSW-ENE and the fosse (Wth 1.2m; D 0.4m) is evident SW-NNE. A low WSW-ENE ridge occupies most of the interior. This is probably one of the three raths recorded in Drombohilly Lower/Upper in the 1930s, by Capt. D. B. O'Connell (KAS).
