Half a century of grass has swallowed the stone, leaving only a ridge in the pasture where it once stood. Local memory insists it rose vertical on this slope, watching the land before gravity or greed brought it down. The missing height is not a loss but an invitation to imagine how tall presence feels when it disappears.

In pasture, on SW-facing slope, c. 100m to E of possible standing stone (6980); stone pair (6563) c. 150 to ENE. According to local information, stone originally stood in this position; now lying prostrate (L 2.46m; Wth 1.74m) and partially grass-covered.
