Six stones stood together in Laght, close enough to touch across a hundred yards, yet nobody can point to them now. They may have marked a boundary, a burial place or a gathering spot for people who no longer speak. What is certain is that they resisted forgetting long enough for Bowman to count them before the land swallowed them again.

One of six standing stones (10088, 10089, 10090, 10091, 10093) recorded by Bowman (1934, 359) in this townland, all situated within a diameter of 'about 350yards'. Exact location not known.
