What is recorded here

One stone still stands in Gravelstown, leaning slightly on a flat, forgotten field. The other is gone, leaving only a shallow dent and a smell of wet earth. Together they marked a line across the landscape, perhaps for ceremony, perhaps for warning. The empty place still answers when the wind changes, as if remembering the weight it once held.

Located on a fairly level, low-lying landscape. A stone (dims c. 0.5m x c. 0.2m; H c. 1.5m) has a roughly pointed top and is generally aligned NE-SW. Standing stone (ME011-046001-) is c. 70m to the WNW and the site of standing stone (ME011-047----) is c. 100m to the ENE, but this stone appears to have been removed (OSAP).
