What is recorded here

No stone remains at Drumboy, though a map once marked the spot. The River Foyle takes what it wants and gives back water, memory, and shape. What stood there may have sunk, rolled away, or never been more than a shadow on paper. The land keeps its own record, written in mud and tide.

There is no trace of the standing stone shown untitled on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map. Situated on rough, wet land in the flood plain of the River Foyle.
