Coolmahane is not a chamber cave or hidden dungeon, but a standing stone in County Cork, Ireland. The distinction removes the false picture and recalls the place named in the request.

Bowman (1934, 398) recorded standing stone on P. Dennehy's land '...1ft 6in high 3ft 2in x 1ft 10in'. Exact location not known. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
