What is recorded here
Browndod still holds a standing stone from deep prehistory, its age uncertain but its presence unchanged. The stone may have marked a boundary, a meeting place or a warning to travellers, yet no human hand has recorded the choice. It stands beside the living town, waiting for someone to remember why it was set in earth.
