Castle Hill in Dunamoy rises as a fortified house despite an uncertain date, suggesting men built walls against a hostile world before writing arrived to name them. The stones may have guarded grain, children or pride while storms stripped the coastline bare. Its exact age has faded, but the purpose remains plain: a place strong enough to stand when everywhere else surrendered.
