What is recorded here

One stone stands in Ballycasey Beg, County Clare. It has watched the land since before written memory. People may have gathered there to mark a boundary, honour a dead person or simply watch the sky change. The stone still holds that old human attention, waiting for someone to notice what it has always shown.
