SMS B109 was a German U-boat (U-109) surrendered to the Allies at the end of World War I and later scuttled in Scapa Flow on 21 June 1919 during the internment of the German High Seas Fleet. It was one of 52 ships deliberately sunk by their crews; no lives were lost, and its wreck remains a significant historical and archaeological site in Orkney.
