What is recorded here

Blackthorn Bay Church stands on a low ridge above the sea, its stone walls leaning slightly inward as if listening to a voice lost before recording. The chapel served the bay for generations, a small anchor for prayers, marriages and burials in a place where the tide could erase a path within hours. Its exact dates have faded from local memory, but the shape of the building still marks the rhythm of a community that lived between rain, rock and faith.
