What is recorded here

Short Brow is a sea cliff composed primarily of Wealden Group sandstones and clays, dating back to the Early Cretaceous period, approximately 145 to 130 million years old. These rocks formed in a shallow coastal plain and floodplain environment, and the cliff is notable for its exposure of sedimentary layers that provide insight into the geological history of the Wealden district.
