What is recorded here

Terrace of five two-bay two-storey shops, built c.1915. The shops are constructed in red brick. Each shop has a replacement shopfront; those three to the south side have a pass door which leads to the first floor apartment while the two to the north have full width shopfronts. The roof is completely hidden behind a high parapet. The shops are all road fronted.
This unassuming group of shops are typical of commercial premises of the early 20th century. Despite the replacement of the original shopfronts they continue to make a positive contribution to the streetscape.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
