Shankill is a lost graveyard in County Kilkenny, remembered only by its name and the buried dead it once held. The church that gave the place its identity has vanished, leaving behind a quiet field where generations may have slept beneath the soil. What remains is not a building but a shadow of one, a reminder that even forgotten worship leaves a mark on the land.
