Seán Garland

Seán Garland was born in Mountjoy Square, Dublin, on 7 March 1934, entering a world where borders were drawn in blood and ideology was forged in prison cells. He carried wounded friends through fire, sat in Mountjoy and Crumlin Road, then shaped the Workers' Party until age took him in Navan on 13 December 2018.
