Semi-detached three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1870, having gabled end bay, cat slide bay and full-height, bay window to south elevation. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron ridge crestings, rendered chimneystacks and ornate timber bargeboards with quatrefoil motifs and finials. Ornate timber bargeboards with quatrefoil motifs and finials to dormer windows. Roughcast rendered walls, rendered walls to bay window. Pointed arch openings some with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, some with uPVC windows to south gable, second floor, to west gable, second floor, and lean-to, first floor south elevation. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows, with render sills and render continuous sill course to first floor bay window. Render hood moulding course to ground floor bay window, south elevation. Square-headed opening with overlight and half-glazed timber panelled door. Pair of rendered piers to south having double-leaf spear-headed gates.

Despite additions, this house is an interesting example of late Victorian architecture. The irregular roofline and use of gables and gablets are characteristic features of the Tudor Revival style. The house is enhanced by the retention of its ornate timber bargeboards, which add artistic interest to the façade.
