What is recorded here
Terraced six-bay three-storey former warehouse, built c. 1855, now in use as offices. Exposed rubble limestone facade with red brick dressings. Segmental-arched loading openings to north end of façade. Some timber sash, timber casement and fixed windows. Replacement doors to ground floor.
Though many original features and materials have been removed, this building remains a colourful addition to the streetscape. The variety of materials utilised in it's construction, such as the rubble limestone and red brick add colour and textural variation to the site. The building is an interesting reminder of the industrial heritage of this part of the city.
