Semi-detached two-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1870, having projecting gabled-end bay to front elevation and crenellated bay window to south gable. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron ridge crestings. Ornate timber bargeboards with finials and quatrefoil motifs to roof and dormer windows. Rendered walls with render plinth course and moulded string course to bay window. Pointed arch openings to gables, second floor, and dormer windows having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, with painted sills throughout. Square-headed blind window openings to front elevation, and projecting gable, south elevation. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed opening to projecting gable, south elevation, having overlight and half-glazed timber panelled door. Limestone threshold to entrance. Pair of rendered square-profile piers to south.

Built as a pair, this house retains characteristic features of late Victorian architecture, such as an irregular roofline, projecting gable and gablets. The house is enhanced by its ornate cast-iron ridge crestings and crenellated bay window, which add artistic interest to the façade.
